Wolves also had Jordan McLaughlin at his position and Kyle Anderson as a bench playmaker. Morris didn't have a ton of opportunity on that roster.

I heard he was injured a lot too…I’m not sure he was getting benched

Actually…I forgot he was a trade deadline acquisition..he played 27 of 30 games once he got to Minny…only 9 of 16 playoff games.

Collin Gillespie might be a gem. It's a lazy comparison, but there's a fair bit of TJ McConnell in his game.

I don't know...a lot of those highlights were from garbage time and he was having trouble with pressure and bigger defenders. Good shooter off the catch tho but I don't think he's got the size or speed to hang in a rotation. Too good for the GLeague, not quite good enough to see real NBA playing time. Hope I'm wrong tho.

He's played more than 13 minutes in only 9 games so far.

Yeah, I can see it. Might be a little worse of a defender, but better passer and shooter.

I like Lowry's experience and ability to run offense. He can hit big shots late and give us a veteran presence. Just tough to rely on him staying healthy even in limited minutes.

Maybe we're going for the all-time "tough to rely on staying healthy" roster. I think we'd have a chance with Lowry.

A is in play, B is an option, something could happen soon, sounds like a Flex cover-all-bases tweet.

Maybe these two are feeding off each other.

If Morris can help with the team turnover problem & also defend other PGs decently he will be a big boost and have a real chance at significant playing time.

Awesome. He was my top candidate from the available FA PGs. I know we said it last year and it didn't turn out too well but I feel this has been an excellent off-season. Time will tell.

He’s going to knock down a career high in 3s above 40%. He’ll be great coming off the bench to play alongside Book or Beal. I know people will want to know if he can play with the big three but I’m less interested there. The big three need to figure it out their offense better while having good defense and size.
