The Lakers are 13 games above .500 in the 4 seed. A .627 winning percentage so far.

Lebron can grind out as many .500 seasons as he wants; MJ still better.
This times 1000.

I'm thankful Book was not picked as an all-star replacement (perhaps he turned it down?). I much prefer he rests for the week than participate in that lame spectacle. Wish Durant wasn't going too.

Jordan at LeBron’s age right now had them yellow bloodshot eyes.

To me it’s simple, LeBron has had the greatest nba career…doesn’t change that Jordan reached the greatest heights.

I'll give LeBron credit for the greatest career but Jordan for the greatest player.

That seems perfectly reasonable

I can agree with that. I don’t see how LeBron’s scoring record can ever be broken. He came right out of high school and was a top player in the league into his 40s. How does anyone actually do better?

I did the math, if Jordan came straight out of high school and didn’t retire twice in the middle of his career or miss most of his second year with a broken foot, he would have been over 45,000 points.

If he could’ve kept up the same pace…that’s hard to do.

For years I thought Jordan was the best but hard to deny what LeBron has done. At least Jordan didn’t go ring chasing and jumping teams. Both players can take over and dominate a game but think lebrons more of a match up nightmare. I just can’t put one over the other anymore.

If you’re measuring by greatest height, there’s no comparing to Wilt in 1967-68.

In 1993-94, the Bulls won 55 games. They were eliminated from the playoffs by a phantom foul (the refs not having the benefit of replay in those days) against the Knicks, who went as far as the 48th minute of the 7th game of the Finals. MJ was playing baseball, Pete Meters was keeping his seat warm, and the Bulls were still right there with the best of the best in the NBA.

I think Jordan gets too much credit for the dominance of that team.

If you’re measuring by greatest height, there’s no comparing to Wilt in 1967-68.
It was basically a different sport when Wilt played…so yes I agree there’s no comparing…just wouldn’t make sense.

I thought Wilt claimed to hold the NBA's "scoring" title.

Notice I said “at least as far as talent and overall individual play.” When it comes to winning and rising to meet the moment and leading a team to great heights, Jordan was better.

At least we don’t have to worry about them competing with us for a play-in spot now.

And Bill was better than MJ.
