I know we’re playing much better but you’d be a fool to believe we can win this game. Sorry but there’s zero chance of us winning this. Even without Tatum, the Celtics are still too good defensively and Joe Mazzulla is psycho. Celts are elite at switching, which we always have problems with.

Offensively they are gonna rain non stop 3s, our 3pt defense has been better but still not good enough to contain these dudes. This could get ugly. I think Celtics will be in control mostly, with us making mini comebacks to make things interesting but ultimately won’t lead to anything. Time to get humbled.

Here we go, an actual national TV ESPN game. Still wild to see us starting 2 rookies (Gillespie and Dunn).

They're just bombing 3s on us. And of course our 3-point defense is mostly atrocious.

Kornet got nothing but arm. Embarrassing. Then a flop by Porzingas that gets called on the other end

Phx-suns.net challenge: See if we can get through one game without posting about being victimized by the refs.

Let’s give it a try on Friday. We’ve got nine chances at it, we should be able to get it done at least once.

Perfect game for PHOENIX to have one of their worst three point shooting performances.

Celtics are a well-oiled machine. Very tough to beat. Tatum or no Tatum.

You just can’t play drop against the Celtics and that is what we have to do with Nick. It is what it, but when you dare a d 3pt shooting team to shoot 3s, this is what’s going to happen. Doesn’t help that our guards outside of Colin are horrible defenders who won’t fight over screens.

A big part of that is the fact that the Celtics do a mostly great job closing out on 3-point shooters.
